What is Let’s Learn Online all about?

Let’s Learn Online is an online platform offering online language courses in English, German, and Arabic and crash courses on a variety of topics such as law, culture, human rights, economics, Islamic Studies, and more. Let’s Learn Online serves as the online platform of three educational centres, including the Excellence Center in Palestine, the Excellence Center in Europe – Germany, and the Engage in Palestine.

The three centres have provided educational programs since 2011, and have thus acquired valuable experience in teaching languages, offering internships and volunteer opportunities, and hosting online Arabic courses. The three centres screen, recruit, and hire specialised teachers with significant experience in the field of e-learning and online education.

To whom does the website belong?

Let’s learn online has a partnership with three well-experienced organisations in both Germany and Palestine. The three organisations have a wide experience in Education and teaching languages, as well as in offering internships and volunteer programs. They hire professionally qualified teachers who hold academic degrees from different universities around the world. Furthermore, they are officially recognised by the Ministry of Education. The Excellence Centre in Palestine:

The Excellence Center in Palestine for Education and Training Services was established in June 2011 as a youth initiative to offer educational and community services to its diverse group of international teachers and volunteers, as well as its Palestinian students.

Located in the heart of Hebron, West Bank, Palestine, on Ein Sarah Street – the area under the supervision of the Palestinian Authority – the Excellence Center’s convenient proximity makes it easy for international and Palestinian students alike to access it. It also provides a central location, well connected to Hebron’s greater municipal and educational organizations and offerings. The Excellence Center is fully licensed as a cultural and educational center by the Palestinian Ministry of Education, which also supervises the Center’s quality of Education.

The Excellence Centre in Europe :

The Excellence Center in Europe opened its doors in Germany in 2018. The center is located in the heart of Halle (Saale), a city in the southern part of the German state of Saxony-Anhalt. Halle is situated along the Saale River, and it is the largest city in Saxony-Anhalt. The city has around 236,000 inhabitants and is approximately 170 km from Berlin, the capital city of Germany.

The Excellence Center in Europe is conveniently only a three-minute walk from the city center. This makes many sites and attractions, such as restaurants, Arabic shops, cafes, bars, playgrounds, a library, and the Martin Luther University, easily accessible.

The Excellence Center provides a variety of volunteer and internship programs to those who want to be in Germany, immerse themselves in the culture, and meet the refugees and migrants’ community to make a meaningful difference.

Besides the language online courses and the crash courses that cover a variety of topics, the website offers online Arabic translation. Let’s Learn Online has developed a network of reliable and competent Arabic-English and English-Arabic translators in Palestine and Germany.

One of our main specialisations is Arabic, so we are very competent in it, and we are happy to focus on what we are good at and offer you the best Arabic translation and editing services online. In addition to translation, we offer Arabic correction, editing, and proofreading services. 

How to apply to the online courses?

First, send us an email asking for the application form, mentioning the name of the course you wish to take.
We send you the application, you fill out the application, and send it back to us.

Our team reviews your application and sends you a confirmation for the trial hour.
Then, if you are satisfied with the trial hour, you will email us saying that you are interested in booking your number of hours, then we will send you a confirmation form for you to fill out and return to us.
We prepare and send you the Invitation Letter and the Contract. We will also send you the invoice for payment, which will include all the information regarding payment options.
You will sign the contract and make payment in order to reserve your place in the course.

What is the duration of the crash online course?

This crash course includes four days of lessons (Lessons can be sequential or separate).
Each lesson lasts for two hours, including a 10-minute break.
The total duration of the whole course is 8 hours.

What is the duration of the online language course?

The lesson lasts for two hours (one educational hour equals 45 minutes), which means that one hour and a half (90 minutes) is divided as follows: 40 minutes, then a break for 10 minutes, and then the other 40 minutes.

Who is eligible to apply to the online courses?

When it comes to online language courses, the courses are offered to those who are 12-75 years. The crash online courses are suitable for those who are 18-75 years old.

What do you need to have to enrol in the online course?

In order for you to enrol in the online course, you need the following :

A functional laptop, smartphone, iPad, or any other device that meets the requirements.
These devices must have a camera, microphone, and speakers/headphones that function properly.
Good internet connection.
A quiet place where there are no interruptions or disturbances.

What are the things that you DON’T need to register for the course?

Knowledge of any language other than good English.
An academic degree.
A university or school student.
Previous experience or knowledge in the course topic.

What do I get at the end of the course?

At the end of the course, you will receive a certificate of completion of the course, certified by the Excellence Centre in Palestine, the Excellence Centre in Europe, and Engage in Palestine

The course will be organised in a way that fits your time schedule.
The course is very flexible, which means that lessons can be sequential or separate.
